Bacon Avocado Dip
Food Ingredients:
6 slices bacon 2 ripe med. avocados 1 cup sour cream 1 1/2 teaspoons onion salt 2 tablespoons horseradish 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Salt to taste
Recipe preparation:
1 Cook bacon until crisp. Break into small bits. Mash avocados to smooth pulp. Add bacon and the rest of the ingredients to avocado pulp. Chill. Serve with chips or celery and carrot sticks. Add “pepper plant” hot pepper sauce if you like more spices in your life.
