Average Joe to Modernist Cuisine Chef #15 – Rib Eyes (Bobby Flay recipe)

In this episode, I take on a recipe from Bobby Flay’s great new book, “BBQ Addiction”. For his rib eyes with goat cheese and lemon honey sauce, he instructs you to sear the steak and then cook it with indirect heat. Knowing how wonderfully steaks cook sous vide, I cook them that way first, then put a sear on them. The resulting steak was one of the best I’ve ever tasted.
