I made it for a picnic last week but I couldn't use honey because we're allergic and I didn't blend the onions but I finely sliced them. The salad was a triumph. I made a 3 lt tupperware full and it was finished in 10 minutes literaly. All my family and friends loved it and asked for the recipe. It's really really good.
why did you only take a tiny bit of the quinoa? the video is about asparagus.. lol, i think you're too strict on your diet…
the dressing keeps for up to 5 days in the fridge, but the olive oil will solidify so remove 20 minutes before serving 🙂
