Ashley Makes Rachael Ray’s Cheeseburger Mac & Cheese

Ashley is making Rachael Ray’s Cheeseburger Mac & Cheese for dinner. She watches the show Week In A Day on Netflix and that is where she saw this recipe. You need the same basic ingredients that you would use on a cheeseburger, plus elbow macaroni noodles and shredded cheese instead of sliced.

ok i just looked at the original recipe and it also calls for 1/3c ketchup, 1/3 cup mustard, 1T hot sauce, and 3T worcestershire sauce – all of which ashley seems to have left out (except for a teensy squirt of ketchup). so… not really surprising that it turned out sort of hum dum when you left out most all of the ingredients that add the flavor!!!
