Arugula, Sun Dried Tomato, Peppers, and Date Salad
Food Ingredients:
4 cups of arugula Handful of dates Handful of sun dried tomato slivers 1 red pepper 1 teaspoon sumac 1 tablespoon olive oil
Recipe preparation:
1 Tear up the arugula leaves and cut the pepper into square chunks. 2 Mix all the veggies and dates with the olive oil. 3 Top off with the sumac.
