Food Ingredients:
1 cup Chunky Apple Sauce 1/2 cup Milk 1 teaspoon Lemon juice 1/2 cup Raisins 1/2 cup 100%% bran cereal 1/2 cup Oil cup Honey 1 teaspoon Vanilla 2 Eggs 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour 2 teaspoons Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon, (optional) 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Recipe preparation:
1 Heat oven to 375F. Generously grease 6 or 8 large muffin cups. In large bowl, combine apple sauce, milk, lemon juice, raisins and bran; let stand 3 minutes. 2 Stir in oil, honey, and vanilla until combined. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in dry ingredients just until blended. 3 Fill prepared muffin cups almost full. Bake at 375F for 25 to 28 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. 4 Carefully loosen edges from cups; remove muffins to wire rack to cool.
