Apple & Ginger Bread Pudding
Food Ingredients:
2 Large Bread Rolls (Pan) 50 grams Butter 100 grams Raisens 3 Eggs 175 grams Sugar 2 Drops Vanilla Essence Pinch of Salt 1 teaspoon Dried Ginger 750 ml Warm Milk
Recipe preparation:
1 Pre Heat Oven 190c 2 Combine bread, butter and raisins 3 Put into an oven proof dish 26cm x 18cm x 4cm approx 4 Combine milk, eggs,sugar, vanilla essence, salt and ginger. 5 Pour over the bread mixture. 6 Make sure that all the ingredients are well mixed together. 7 Cook in pre heated oven for 50 mins at 190c
