Anderson, in case you were still wondering about Anthony's description of that orgasmic moment of putting olive oil in, I know exactly what he is talking about. Every time my pasta finishes cooking, I immediately start fantasizing about the final step, drizzling some olive oil over my steaming meal. The olive oil transforms the pasta in a very distinctive way, changing the texture so that the pasta now squirms and squishes as a sort of noise. It sounds very organic, like worms having sex.
