Amazing Chholey

Food Ingredients:
1 cup Kabuli Channa (Chickpeas), 1 tablespoon Channa Dal, 1 Onion chopped, 1 Tomato small size, chopped, 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilly powder, 1 tablespoon Chholey masala powder, Few cloves Garlic, A Piece Ginger, 2 Green Chilly, A Pinch Soda-bi-carb powder, 5 tablespoons Little Black Tea, 2 tablespoons Oil, Salt to taste

Recipe preparation:
1 Soak the chickpeas and channa dal overnight. 2 Next day pressure cook both together along with the soda and the black tea. 3 Grind in a mixer jar onion, tomato, chilly, garlic, ginger, chholey masala, turmeric powder and red chilly powder to a fine paste. 4 Put a pan to heat add the oil, the paste and cook stir until oil appears. Now add the cooked chholey from the 5 Pressure cooker and add salt, cover and allow to cook for 10 minutes. 6 Serve hot.
