Aloo Gobhi Recipe
Food Ingredients:
Ingredients: 1 • Cauliflower 4 • Potatoes 1 • Tomato 1 teaspoon • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon • Red chilli 1 teaspoon • Ground coriander • Salt to taste 2 tablespoons • Oil
Recipe preparation:
1 How to make Aloo Gobhi: 2 Wash cauliflower and potatoes and cut into pieces. 3 Heat the oil and add potatoes and cauliflower and leave it on medium flame for 5 minutes. 4 Add chopped tomato, turmeric powder, coriander, red chili and salt. 5 Cook it for 5 minutes. 6 Serve it with rotis.
