The liquid is not hot, it is only warm so you don’t have to worry about it
melting the plastic. But if you prefer you can put parchment paper in a
vessel. Parchment paper won’t work in little bowls like I’m using but a
    silicone mold might work too.

There is a simple way of getting around YouTube’s aversion to external
    links. Here’s how:

Substitute periods (full-stops) for the ‘-dot-‘s in the url.

Is it hard when it’s finished like choclate.
or is it soft like a bar or a cake?
i mean can you eat it with a spoon?

I have been making something very similar myself for years. I do eat dairy
but for health reasons. I only drink skimmed milk as well as low-fat cheese
like parmesan and non-fat cottage cheese from Trader Joe’s. To make the
skimmed milk taste less insipid, I add one can of coconut milk to one
gallon of fat-free milk. It improves the taste and mouth-feel considerably.
Sometimes, I like to flavour my ganache with grated orange rind or orange
liqueur or rum or any booze I fancy or happen to have on hand. I don’t
drink alcohol often but I love it in desserts.

Can we use regular milk instead of coconut milk

probably shouldn’t use that metal whisk on a teflon pan.

Sharni. It takes about 2 hours in the fridge and about an hour in the
    freezer.
