“Start off with a whole wheat tortilla, which also doubles up as a fan.”
You can be a fitness instructor and a comedian Casey.

where do you get coconut yogurt from!?! looks delicious!!!!

  11. Lozza

Each egg has about 6g of fat so how do the banana pancakes have 0g?

  12. Kimberley King

I always love your recipe videos Casey! I actually featured one of your
recipes in my latest video, its the ABC smoothie. I’m absolutely obsessed
    with it, haha! xx

I tried making the banana pancakes once, but they wouldn’t cook at all, and
when i tried to flip it, it completely fell apart and looked like gooey
scrambled eggs (which sounds good but did not look good). Does anyone know
what went wrong? I used 1 banana and 2 eggs, and I mashed the banana with a
fork and then beat the eggs in.

  14. TallythePlantEater

Everything looks awesome! I think there’s a typo of the grams of fat for
the pancakes. Pretty sure coconut oil has fat, as do the eggs.

  15. Yekaterina Shishkovskaya

The only thing I want to say is please wait until your bananas are
spotty…only then are they truly ripe!
