felt intimidated by your recipes because they looked so fancy! I’m a wife
and new mom and don’t have much energy or time for extensive meals, but I
want my family to eat well and healthy. I’d managed to lose all 76lbs I
gained from my pregnancy in 7 months (yay!), but we were growing very tired
of the chicken, tilapia, and salmon rotation. Finally, I watched a few
videos and realized that I could do this! I made your Chicken Pad Thai and
Grilled Sea Bass (I used halibut). I was in an out of the kitchen in less
than an hour and my husband was verrrrry happy. No more struggle chicken
and tilapia! I’ve been watching your building a meal plan and grocery
shopping playlists, taking notes, and making my grocery list. I’ve planned
out our menu for the week and can’t wait to hit the stores for some healthy
yumminess! Thank you for all of your work and for sharing with us!

I always squeeze a little lemon juice over my salads. I also like simple
balsamic vinaigrettes made with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, dijon mustard,
lemon juice, s&p, basil. It’s really tasty especially with tomatoes and
arugula!

my favorit its, a bit of mustard, lime juice, splenda or agave, Greek
yogurt or home made mayonnaise, a bit of salt… one garlic, blend and
voila best creamy dressing ever.

Mince a small shallot. Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic
powder, minced fresh basil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Guys put mustard and hot sauce on your salad then mix it all up. I know it
sounds weird but it’s such a delicious and 0 calorie dressing! Trust me
it’s life changing, you can see me doing that on my salad in one of my
recent videos haha. This is great too though!

I’m definitely going to try the first and last one. I usually just use
lemon or lime juice, and salt. I was thinking about trying dill pickle
juice.
