So I noticed that a lot of people have problems with those pancakes. So I
mixed 2 eggs and a banana and I also added a bit of baking powder to make
it fluffy you know… After throwing the first 3 pancakes because they got
destroyed from flipping I decided to put a lid on top of the pan so that
the top of the pancake would also get baked and then I could flip it very
easily… just try to make small pancakes because they are still pretty
sensitive. It worked for me I hope it does for you too.

Can’t believe it’s taken me so long to try these! They are AMAZING!!! My
husband is Russian so he’s very particular about his blinis and he didn’t
even notice they were without the usual ton of flower! :D

But Mike it has been proven that eggs are an unhealthy fat. As for doctors
giving nutrition advice……uh, no. Nutritionists are a close second.
Teaching all the wrong things for diabetics to eat. I have watched too
many good people die due to these two professions NOT studying the new
proved food science and not thinking out of the box nor listening to their
patients. Most Doctors only manage diabetes and they don’t work hard to
cure their patients . Same with the dietitians. That is a shame and needs
    to be changed.

i dont like bananas. is there a different fruit that i can used and still

    They aren’t yummy.

When I made my pancakes they ended up VERY WATERY. I thought this is how it
should be so I tried to make them but they just ended up like eggs with
banana. So I just put in some oatmeal flour (ground up oatmeal) AND IT MADE
all the difference between eggs with banana and pancakes so if yours ends
up too watery I strongly suggest doing this

Just made these! WOW!! I did 1 banana, 1 egg, cinnamon and vanilla
powder. The trick is making small pancakes so easier to flip. Will SO be
making these again. Next time I may add chia seeds or hemp hearts. Maybe
tiny chocolate chips. shredded coconut. Options are endless!

Bash: Fats are fats. Eggs are not a healthy fat. If anyone wants to use
a fat they should use them sparingly and should only use NATURAL fats like
avocados, nuts and seeds. Eggs are not healthy nor is the fat that comes
from them. Add the oil in this recipe and it adds up to a lot of fat.
Oils are the worst! Diabetes is caused by fats not sugars. It’s science
plain and simple. So this recipe may be taste good but in no way is low
    fat and “healthy.”
