Yummy Tofu Veggie Burger
Food Ingredients:
EasyTofu Burger Simple and easy tofu recipe that you will love, it’s also also great to grill them! Ingredients: 1 pound firm tofu 1/4 cup each flour, corn flour 1/2 cup fresh celery leaves (chopped) (or kintsay) 1 teaspoon each paprika, coriander, cumin 1/2 teaspoon chopped carrots 1/4 teaspoon ginger 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (ground) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon soysauce 1 tablespoon chopped onion
Recipe preparation:
1 Directions: 2 Heat a non-stick frying pan on medium with olive oil, or your favorite cooking oil. 3 Add a pinch of asefetida (hing) or chopped onion to the oil for extra flavor. 4 Chopped or mashed tofu. 5 Throw in everything else and mix well by hand, or on low in the food processor just until it all clumps up. 6 Form into eight 3 – 4 inch patties 7 Fry in small amount of oil, on medium heat, 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. 8 Serve with bread or with rice.Enjoy!!
