yea my recipe isn't really traditional italian cuz i use garlic in mine as well but its a lot more tastier so ill take tastiness over tradition anyday. it took me cookin this dish 4 times in order to get it right.
lol and its funny cuz u said dont buy the cheap marsala cooking wine and i never did until sat….shoulda known it wasn't real wine cuz i didn't get carded. haha
great tenacity..sometimes it does not come out the first time..way to go

where's the mash potatoes!?
has no flavor that chicken he should put it in side of sauce and mixes
@ninanee2008
wheres the white rice??? lol
That chicken looks dry and not moist. Should it be cooked in the sauce for a bit? to soak up all these juices, wine and taste from chelots and parsley?
This guy is horrible. He is not even using the proper Marsala wine. You should use Dry Marsala wine, not sweet. If you are going to broadcast a recipe to the world at least get the basics right.
My friend has a restaurant and they use SWEET marsala wine so those negative remarks about using dry that just might be your preference! Great recipe and video, keep up the delicious looking food!!!!
Hmmm … OK recipe, but better if a chicken or beef broth is added after reducing the Marsala.
For those who are learning to cook, NEVER use a fork when handling chicken or any meat or fish, use tongs. Piercing holes in the flesh is never a good thing and is an amateur mistake.
Also, do not move the chicken or pan, when searing. Just be patient and don't touch. You'll get a better caramelization.
Thank you for advising to use real Marsala! I go one further, only use REAL Marsala from Sicily. Domestic just does not cut-it!
