Food Ingredients:
cup warm water cup honey cup maple syrup teaspoon salt cup yellow cornmeal cup whole-wheat flour cup Eagle Mills Best Loaf Bread Machine Flour cup rye flour 2 teaspoons yeast cup chopped walnuts

Recipe preparation:
1 Place ingredients (excluding walnuts) in bread machine pan. Select “white” or “basic” cycle and start. Add walnuts at first beep cycle or at manufacturer’s instructions. 2 This recipe yields a 2 pound loaf. 3 Comments: This makes a generous loaf with a wonderful sweet flavor combination of honey and maple syrup. To enhance this interesting bread, the cornmeal gives it a unique pleasing texture. Great for sandwiches, try it with chicken or tuna salad. This bread could also be used to make out of this world French toast! 4 Yield: 1 loaf
