Venison With Ricotta and Peas
Food Ingredients:
frozen peas fettuccine noodles med Ricotta cheese 1 pound Venison Italian sausage 1 garlic clove
Recipe preparation:
1 Brown meat and cook noodles in SALTED water. 2 To the meat, add the garlic, Ricotta, and about 1 cup+ off frozen peas. 3 Get some of the starch water out of the noodles before draining them. 4 Put noodles into the pot and mix. Add starch water to thin it out and mix better. 5 Throw it in a bowl with some Parm and you are set!
