Tracy’s Greek Chicken Pasta
Food Ingredients:
Greek Chicken Pasta 1 pound angel hair pasta 1 tablespoon olive oil 4 (6 oz.) boneless skinless chix breasts, halved 2 cups chopped red onion 1 cup chopped yellow pepper (I used 2 cups and used orange too) 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon oregano (fresh is better) 1 teaspoon basil (fresh is better) 3 ounces feta (¾ cup)
Recipe preparation:
1 Heat oil in large non-stick pan and cook chicken about 3 minutes per side. Add onion and next 5 ingredients and stir well. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 25 minutes. Add cooked pasta and serve.
