Tangy Tawa Paneer Wrap – Delicious Panner Wrap Recipe
Tasty and healthy wraps made with the batter of wheat flour, stuffed with a delicious and tasty paneer filling.
Tangy Tawa Paneer Wrap
Ingredients:
• Paneer – 250 gm, cut into 4 inch long pieces and 1 inch thick
• 2 tomatoes finely chopped
• 1 lime
• Salt
• A Pinch of Turmeric powder
• 1 tbsp cumin seeds
• ½ tbsp mustard seeds
• 2 garlic cloves
• ½ tsp garam masala
• 2 onions finely chopped
• 1 green chilli finely chopped
• Minced coriander
• 2-3 tbsp Olive oil
METHOD:
• Heat a pan and add 2-3 tbsp of olive oil. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, finely chopped garlic, turmeric powder, chopped green chillies and fry them for a minute. Then add chopped onions and when it becomes nice brown color add the chopped tomatoes. Add little bit of butter and mix all the ingredients together with 2 pinches of salt and ½ tbsp of tomato puree. Sauté for a while till the tomato turns mushy.
• Now add the paneer cubes and sauté them for a while. Add half of lime juice and coriander leaves in the end. Switch off the flame and allow this to cool.
• Lets take a tawa, add little bit of butter and reheat our chapatti/tortilla.
• Place 2 tbsp of the paneer mixture on the center of the chapati as shown in the video. Roll it into a wrap with the help of spoons. The paneer wrap is ready to eat.
• Serve hot with green chutney.
