Stuffed grape leaves recipe وصفة ورق عنب، طريقة لف ورق العنب

Stuffed grape leaves is a common dish in the middle east. It can be served as a cold appetizer or as a main dish if it contains meat. This version is meatless and is usually served cold. You can serve it along with tomatoes, slices of lemon or garlic cloves.

Ingredients:
0.5kg grape leaves (washed and drained)
1 cup short grain rice
1 cup chopped parsley
½ cup chopped mint leaves
½ cup chopped scallions
2 medium tomatoes (cut into cubes)
1 medium tomato (sliced)
½ cup lemon juice
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper powder
¼ tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbs pomegranate molasses
4 cups water (or more, depends on the size of the pot)

المقادير
نصف كيلو ورق عنب (مغسول ومفرغ من الماء)
1 كوب أرز حبة قصيرة
1 كوب بقدونس المفروم
½ كوب نعناع مفروم
½ كوب بصل أخضر مفروم
2 طماطم متوسطة الحجم (مقطعة إلى مكعبات)
1 طماطم متوسطة الحجم (مقطعة إلى شرائح)
½ كوب عصير ليمون
¼ كوب زيت زيتون بكر ممتاز
1 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
½ ملعقة صغيرة مسحوق الفلفل الأسود
¼ ملعقة صغيرة من مسحوق القرفة
1 ملعقة كبيرة دبس رمان
4 كوب ماء (أو أكثر، تبعا لحجم القدر)

    +Mia Nabil It tastes sweet and sour. It is usually added to many recipes
    and i encourage you to try it; however you can omit it if you don’t like
    how it tastes like, The recipe will not be majorly affected.
