Stuffed Chicken Wings Recipe by Chef Dangoor — TigerChef
Renowned video blogger for http:// tigerchef.com/ and chef extraordinaire Danny Dangoor teaches how to make stuffed chicken wings. Ingredients needed are mushrooms and asparagus at a 2-to-1 ratio, oil, salt, chicken wings, herb-garlic olive oil, honey and pepper flakes.
The mushrooms should be chopped to roughly 1/4 inch, and there’s no need to worry about appearance of the chopping since it’s all inside the wing at the end. The asparagus should be chopped thinly – between 1/8 and 1/16 of an inch. Saute both in a pan with oil and salt until caramelized and let cool. Remove the bones from the wing without tearing the skin. Push all of the meat to the joint from both ends and stuff roughly 1 ounce of stuffing, giving it a “full” appearance. Wrap in food-grade plastic wrap, keeping the form of the chicken wing and tie off at the end. Boil and then pan-fry at a medium heat with herb-garlic oil to crisp the skin. Glaze with honey and pepper flakes and serve!
