Strawberry Puffs

Food Ingredients:
1 cup Water 2 tablespoons Butter 1 cup Flour 3 Eggs 1 cup Icing Sugar 1 cup Butter 1 teaspoon Milk, hot Extra Icing Sugar 1 cup Strawberries, mashed

Recipe preparation:
1 Bring to boil water and butter; boil briskly until butter melts, sift in flour and stir gently until mixture leaves the sides of the saucepan. 2 Cool for 3 minutes. 3 Add eggs (one at a time) and beat until smooth. 4 Put tablespoons on a greased cake tin and bake for 45 minutes in a good oven. 5 When cold fill with Starwberry filling: Cream icing sugar and butter, add hot milk and mashed strawberries, then add icing sugar to make a soft and creamy filling. 6 Split each puff at one side and insert filling. 7 Put a small teaspoonful on top and decorate with a halved strawberry.
