Steak Pinwheels

Food Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds top round steak 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese 4 ounces cream cheese 4 slices bacon, cooked 2 spring onions, chopped 1 clove garlic, chopped

Recipe preparation:
1 Pound steak to about 1/4″ thickness. Thaw spinach and squeeze out excess water. Mix cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, spring onions and garlic. Spread spinach mixture evenly over the steak to within 1/2″ of all edges. Lay cooked bacon over spinach mixture. Jelly roll steak lengthwise and secure with toothpicks. Slice 1 1/2″ thick and grill until done. (Spray grill with Pam before grilling.)
