The less healthy version would be—tuna packed with olive oil, Panko bread
crumbs, an egg for binder, a lil bit of Dijon mustard, minced shallot,
maybe a lil onion powder/garlic powder, sea salt, pepper, lemon zest, maybe
minced Italian parsley for greenness, even a tiny few droplets of Tabasco.
Cook em in butter in a cast iron skillet!! Then some siracha topper, lemon
    wedge.

    amazing! Doesn’t even smell bad.

How did u make yours look so good? Mine wouldn’t hold and would fall apart
when I tried to flip them. They still tasted good oddly enough.

just by itself! I have made 3 of your recipes so far and they are so full
of flavor, quick and easy! I can’t wait to try more of your recipes! Thank
    you!

Thanks Christine! Trying to cut down to 4:00 on most of my recipes slowly.
We’ll get there! Pending there isn’t too many ingredients or a big process
    involved.
