Spicy Mahi Mahi Burrito With Crunchy Green Cabbage Slaw

Food Ingredients:
Mahi Mahi Marinade 1 pound Mahi Mahi, sliced into 1″ pieces 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 large lime, juiced 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped 1/4 teaspoon salt pinch cayenne pepper 1 tablespoon chili powder Cabbage Slaw 1 bag shredded green cabbage 1/4 cup cider vinegar 2 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped 1 teaspoon celery seed pinch red pepper pinch cayenne pepper 1 tablespoon olive oil Remaining Ingredients 4 large low fat wheat tortillas 1 cup mexican light cheese 1 cup store purchased pico de gallo 4 tablespoons light sour cream

Recipe preparation:
1 Combine olive oil, lime, chili powder, 1/4 cup cilantro, cayenne and salt in shallow dish. Coat Mahi Mahi with marinade and let sit for 15 minutes. 2 Slaw 3 Combine olive oil vinegar, sugar, cilantro, cayenne pepper and salt in a bowl. Toss with cabbage and let sit for 15 minutes. 4 Using a stove top grill pan, grill Mahi Mahi until done. 5 Warm tortillas and top with slaw, Mahi Mahi, pico de gallo and cheese.
