This is my Uncle’s delicious Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup recipe. Great for warming you up on a cold day. I’ve modified it so we could use the slow cooker and get perfectly tender meat without cooking for hours on the stove. The full list of detailed ingredients are posted at the end of this video (around 12:23) plus some outtakes 🙂 Enjoy~
If you don’t have a slow cooker, you can still cook this soup by slowly simmering for about 2 hours on a very low heat (or until the meat is tender).
If you’re curious, I’m using this 4-quart digital slow cooker. It’s not too big to take up kitchen space, but still big enough for a recipe like this: http://amzn.to/1yk8RMu

time?
So yummy. It’s hard to find niu rou mian in Surabaya ( Indonesia ) that’s
why better for me to cook by myself. Your video recipe of taiwan beef
noodle soup look authentic one. I just want to ask if I cook it not using
slow cooker and just simmer in the pot how long I must simmer the meat to
achieved the tender and moist meat ?. Thank you Angel for your kind recipe

This looks YUMMY…..unfortunately I don’t have slow cooker pot so I might
have to do it manually with a normal pot…any way I might try this one day
if I find all the ingredients specially the Bouillon stock at any Korean
shop here in Vienna.OR can I possibly use beef broth cubes? I love Korean
food. THANKS! Subscribed!
I used a slow cooker over the holidays. I was making short ribs and put
them on for 10 hours on low. 10 hours pass and I check them out and they
turned out tough and I couldn’t serve them! I didn’t even think that was
possible. Maybe I have a defective slow cooker?
I had a few people months back request Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup. Since
it’s been pretty cold outside lately, I thought it was a good time to share
this recipe with you guys. Stay warm & enjoy!
I just made this dish the other night and WOW. It is amazing and amazingly
easy to do. I stewed beef cubes instead of beef shank. It came out
perfectly delicious. I can’t wait to try your other recipes.
Your recipe looks great. Just spent the last week in Taipei and Taichung.
Had some great food especially beef noodle soup. I said to myself I want to
make this when I get back home so looked up videos here on youtube. Ill

Even though I now live in Taiwan, I still enjoy watching your videos.
However, I rarely make my own milk tea anymore because it’s so cheap here!
I want to eventually try to make 牛肉麵, so I’m happy you’ve made a video for
it 😀

that if you type out the full url for your social media contacts (by
