Slow Cooker Sticky Caramel Pumpkin Cake

My oven broke you all…so I found a way to bake without the oven! I’ve got an outstanding crockpot cake to share with you…pumpkin caramel…yum! If you would also like to see my homemade coconut milk caramel sauce, let me know in the comments. Thanks for watching!
Slow Cooker Sticky Caramel Cake
2 c. Flour
2 t. Baking powder
1t. Baking soda
1/2 t. Salt
1/2 t. Pumpkin pie spice
11/2 c. Sugar
1 c. Butter
4 eggs
1 can Pumpkin
Caramel Sauce

1. Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Combine the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and pumpkin spice) in a bowl and set aside. In a mixing bowl, beat sugar and butter, add eggs in one at a time. Beat in the pumpkin purée and gradually add in the flour mixture. Spread evenly in the slow cooker.
3. Cover and cook on HIGH for 21/2 hours. Let it cool for at least 10 minutes before removing the cake from the crockpot. Drizzle with caramel sauce.
