Here is the recipe:
5 Pounds (80 Ounces) Chicken Breast
3 Cans (32.25 Ounces/915g) Healthy Request/Fat Free Cream of Chicken
1 Can (10 3/4 Ounces/305g) 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery
1 Can (10 3/4 Ounces/305g) 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom
1 1/2 Teaspoons Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
5 Packets/Cubes Low/No Sodium Chicken Bouillon
1 1/2 Cups (120g) Sliced Mushrooms
1 Cup (120g) Chopped Celery
1 Cup (128g) Chopped Carrots
16 Ounces (around 453g) Frozen Mixed Vegetables
8 Medium Red Potatoes
Calories in the WHOLE recipe:

Fat: 47g
Saturated Fat: 10g
Sodium: 6504mg
Carbs: 439g
Fiber: 61g
Sugar: 70g

Calories per Container (if you make 10):
Calories: 494

Take out your Chicken Breasts, trim the fat off of them, and then cut them in half. Chop up your Celery, Carrots, and Red Potatoes. Combine all of your ingredients into your slow cooker. Mix everything together. Cook on High Heat for 5-6 hours. Enjoy!

turned out a lot more watery than yours though. I’m not sure what could
have happened though since I followed your recipe to the “T” except using
sweet potatoes instead of red potatoes. Any suggestions to thicken it up

Hey Protein Chef, can you give me the cooking instructions if I use a
regular pot instead of a slow cooker? This sounds sooo easy and delicious.
I would hate to miss out because of a slow cooker problem. How long would
the heating time be and on what setting (simmer, medium or high heat) if

Saw this yesterday and had to give it a try, so I bought the ingredients
yesterday, and made it this morning, now I gotta wait until dinner to eat

Do you think subbing the red potatoes with sweet potatoes would work out
just as well
I put all my ingredients in a large container for mixing. Much more room
for a good mixing. I also replaced the Garlic salt with garlic powder to
cut back on the Sodium. As far as “HEALTHY” I would have to question that
unless you use organic Chicken and soups. Cans of Cambells soup and factory
farmed chicken are anything but healthy. Not bashing the recipe and I did
enjoy making this. Just my 2 cents on the “healthy” part.

Wow! You were right! This recipe tastes JUST like a real Chicken Pot
Pie. I normally take about 15-20 minutes to eat any meal (no matter how
big or small), but I INHALED this pot pie recipe, it’s just SOOO GOOD. The
ONLY problem I had was that it was WAAAYY salty. Do you have any
recommendations to reduce the sodium? I used the low sodium/98% Fat Free
Healthy Request. Should I add water to dilute the cans of cream?
One more thing I have to tell you is that you are very cute!! Mike
but these camels cans, and chicken bouillon cubes are not healthy at all
