Sheer Khorma
Food Ingredients:
1 liter whole Milk 4 tablespoons sugar 6 seeds cardamom (Choti Ilaichi) 20 grams pistachios (Pista), 10 grams coconut (Khopra) (dried), chopped 25 grams almonds (Baadaam), chopped 1 gram raisins (Kishmish) 1/4 cup dried dates, chopped 1 handful vermicelli noodles, Semiya 1 teaspoon Coconut essence
Recipe preparation:
1 Wash the dry fruit and soak in a little milk for 3-4 hours. 2 In a heavy based pot add milk, sugar and cardamom seeds. 3 Simmer on low heat until it starts to thicken. 4 Add the vermicelli and continue cooking until the vermicelli softens. 5 Add the presoaked dry fruit and cook for 5 minutes. 6 Just before removing from heat add the rose water essence.
