    you should try honey nut cheerio crusted chicken tenders. I did that one night because I didn't have any flour, breadcrumbs or anything else. I'm going to try this recipe though the next time i make tenders

    Made these for supper tonight and, if you haven't tried these, I highly recommend! Be sure to poke the chicken with a fork to help with the buttermilk soak and try not to turn them until the first side is good and brown or you risk loosing some of the breading. I never would have thought that saltines would have made such a delicious crunchy breading on fried chicken tenders…yummo with homemade honey mustard. Thanks Laura!
