1 Rosemary grows all around the Mediterranean in hedges and windbreaks and in the wild. It has an intense aromatic flavour and perfume. We use it mostly with meat. 2 Rosemary is a Mediterranean native whose Latin name means dew of the sea is often referred to as the Tuscan herb.
