    True punjabi recipe… From where did you get these very red tomatoes … I
    never get such dark red color….

    One tip that my mom passed on to me for rongi and rajma is … Pressure
    cook the rongi or rajma with the masala not separately…. It enhances the
    taste … I make masala in cooker and then put rongi and let it cook slowly
    … Like you said er are generous with ingredients and that makes the taste
    ..
