Rice Cooker Carrot Cake Recipe (Very Moist!)

Hey guys! Today let’s make a super moist carrot cake with our rice cooker!

Here is the ingredients you need:

– Plain Flour (2 cups)
– Cinnamon (2 tsp)
– Salt (1/2 tsp)
– Baking Soda (1 tsp)
– Chopped Walnut / Pecan (1 cup)
– Grated Carrot (2 cups)
– Eggs (3 eggs)
– Brown Sugar (1 cup)
– Vegetable Oil (3/4 cup)
– Vanilla Extract (2 tsp)
– Yogurt (1/4 cup)

Notes: I cooked mine for 1 hour and 20 minutes, but cooking time can vary depending on your rice cooker.
