firstly thanks for the recipe. i made it. it came nice.i made some
changes.i added 8 small garlic for flavour.(sorry).otherwise i prepared
dough as u said. i had some problems initially.becos i added water
stingily.it was very difficuit to squeeze the machine. i didnt get ribbon
while squeezing. it came in broken ribbon pieces.also my hand got scalded
(burnt) almost..but it fried almost instantlyand soft also.so i added more
water to dough.then it came as long ribbon,easier to squeeze ,less burning
of hand.but it took long time to fry and slightly hard to eat. just wanted
to share my experience.anyway thanks a lot for inspiration.
