Rhubarb Jelly

Food Ingredients:
5 cups sugar 5 cups rhubarb heaping 1 can crushed pineapple medium size 1 pkt gelatin, large (strawberry, cranber or wild raspberry

Recipe preparation:
1 Cook the sugar, rhubarb and crushed pineapple together for 20 minutes until the mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat and add the gelatin. Mix well, fill in jars and seal with paraffin.
