Calypso Sauce
Food Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Oil 2 mediums Yellow onions, sliced and separated into rings 4 Cloves garlic, sliced Sugar 25 Fresh Habaneros 4 tablespoons Vinegar 4 tablespoons Limeade concentrate 2 tablespoons Vodka 4 tablespoons Coleman’s dry mustard 3 teaspoons Salt 3 teaspoons Allspice, ground
Recipe preparation:
1 Caramelized the onions and garlic, in the oil and a small amount of sugar. 2 Transfer this onion mixture to a blender. Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate.
