Spicy Korean Collard Green Salad or Korean Side Dish

Serving 4-6 person as a Korean side dish

Ingredients:
1 bunch of large collard green
1 tablespoon of Korean red pepper paste
2 stalk of sliced green onion
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds
(Optional) 1 teaspoon of flaxseeds powder
(Optional) 2 tablespoon of sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon of toasted sesame oil
1 – 2 teaspoon of Korean red chili powder
(Optional) 1 teaspoon of sugar if you like it sweeter
1 tablespoon of vinegar
(Optional) 1 teaspoon of mirin or Asian Cooking rice wine

Enjoy the recipe and you can do this with Kale too!

    Is "quinoa," maybe, the word you were having trouble with? I think it's usually pronounced KEEN-wah. It's one of those weird words that sounds way different than it looks. 8-D Great vegan recipe! Thanks! 8-)
