Quinoa Breakfast Cereal with Fresh Fruit & Chopped Nuts Recipe

Steamed quinoa in fresh (seasonal and local) fruit puree, with chopped nuts and fruit as garnish–yummy swoon. Keep the quinoa in the fridge to make this convenient and healthy breakfast all week; omit the yoghurt to make it vegan.

    hi! and thank you. this is one of my favorite most creative recipes–you
    can do whatever you like with it (ie apples and almonds). the key is the
    sweetness from the pureed fruit. folks don’t think of quinoa for brekky,
    but why not?! thanks for subbing!

    without the yoghurt if you can’t do dairy. when you try it, let me know how

    yay! this breakfast is one of my favorites. though i’m considering a grain
    free diet to try and clear up chronic health issues–until i do, i’ll be
    eating quinoa breakfast cereal for days. (with sprouted quinoa of
    course…). i’m so happy you liked it.
