I have a query…Can anyone please tell me If adding so much of tomato purée will make the whole finished product a bit sweet,or let's just say make it taste like cooked tomato pickle??What can we do to counteract this effect?Cause' when I make Tomato pickle,I put in almost all the ingredients used here, except the chicken..

Thanks for this wonderful video. I particularly appreciate the explanation of the 'science' behind the onions and tomatoes – makes it much easier to understand why you are browning and cooking. The temptation has always been to throw everything in and hope for the best, but this video makes the entire process so much more understandable.
