You can try substituting the eggs for more unsweetened apple sauce 🙂

  2. Abdul Ghani Memon

Do you store these out at room temp, or on the fridge?

    120kcal, 10g protein, 17g carbs, 1,5g fat.

I don’t know if you know what city bbq is but they have some amazing corn
pudding, which is similar to corn bread but with whole kennel corn mixed
in. I was just wonder if you could add whole corn to this to get an similar
kind of cornbread..? Thank you awesome vid!

Very great tasting cornbread, used vanilla Greek yogurt instead of plain
and tasted superb. Great alternative recipe bro. My own came out flat , as
I assume it was because of my pan shape is wider than what you usedbut idc,
I’m in it for the taste and macros.

Great recipe! but were you scooping from an empty yogurt container? xD

I just made this and it’s really good. Though I cheated and I used 2% milk
and sweetened applesauce. I had to give it some flavour. This will be the
base of my stuffing this Christmas.

Is there a sub for the liquid sweetner? Or where can I find that at?
