1. Can I bake this in a normal 8×8 square cake pan, as I do not have a loaf
pan at home?
2. Do you have any idea of how many cups of cake batter this recipe yields?
3. what difference does this method make compared to the creaming method (
I.e to cream the butter and sugar first, then the eggs, then the flour) ?

Just thought I’d let you know I baked this last night but just tried it now
and it is wonderful. I’ve made others but they were always too dense for me
but this one is perfect for my tastes. I followed it exactly with exception
to adding 1 tbs of fresh orange zest and 2 tbs of caraway since I eat this
with black tea and it pairs better that way. Thanks chef!

Do u have to use cake flour??
This recipe was easy to follow. I only had powered sugar used that and also
