Potatoes With Lemon Sauce
Food Ingredients:
12 sm. new potatoes, unpeeled sliced 2 tablespoons diced onion 1/2 cup melted butter 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 teaspoon caper juice 2 tablespoons chopped capers 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Recipe preparation:
1 Cover potatoes with water, and bring to boil. Reduce heat and cook about 15 minutes or until tender. Drain potatoes. Arrange slices on platter and keep warm. 2 Saute onion in butter until tender. Reduce heat. Stir in lemon juice, caper juice, capers and parsley, salt and pepper. Cook just until mixture is heated. Pour sauce over potatoes.
