Melon Canapes
Food Ingredients:
1/2 Mini melon 1/2 Champagne melon Melba toast Smoked salmon, oyster and Assorted meats & cheeses
Recipe preparation:
1 Scoop champagne melon and mini melon into balls and serve on toothpicks with a prawn between melon balls. Serve remainder on melba toast with savoury accompaniments such as smoked salmon, oysters, ham and favourite cheeses.
