Potato, Egg, & Smoked Sausage Breakfast Burrito- An Easy Breakfast Recipe |Cooking With Carolyn|

So here’s one of my easy breakfast burrito creations. I make this burrito when I’m on my way out the door so I can get my day started right. It’s also great for the kids before they leave for school. You can use any kind of sausage or turn this into a vegetarian creation. For more recipes check out http://gdseasoning.com

Do you pre boil the potato to make it soft? You did mention preparing it the night before.

You're really great in the kitchen, professional.  I wonder if you took some cooking courses.  And your voice is nice to listen to, clear and concise. This is one of my favorite breakfast foods, and strangely enough I never thought about just making it myself.

This is exactly what i make every morning, minus the spinach, when i first thought of it i thought adding potatoes to a wrap would be kinda weird… i was very wrong…also I add cheese, and sometimes salsa to mine.

Wow ! I'm definitely going to try this recipe but add in some green bell peppers too (I love bell peppers).

I'm a college student so I try to save money by switching to meal prepping. My mornings are busy so this is great for me.

    Thank you !

I just subbed, I agree with one of the other "Youtubers", you are so clear and concise, definiely a  professional. I  do some cooking, but Im just a basic home cook, I really look forward to learning more from your videos. Question: can all of the ingredients be frozen ahead of time, with or without the eggs? Thanks in advance.

Could I make the potatoes just as easily without the onion or no? I'm asking because the onion I have on hand may be way too big.

Carolyn thank you so so much for this! Occasionally we'll have a meat less breakfast to kind of give us a break and it helps so when we do have bacon or sausage the next time it is da bomb lol 😉  We tried our wraps with red potatoes skin on (the same way you prepared here and added sweet peppers), cheese eggs (sharp cheddar), avocado on the wrap first (great on anything chile') and then vine tomatoes (they have more taste in flavor with a pop). Avocado was the only way for me to get away from mayo b/c mama used to use it religiously back in the day lol. God bless you and I look forward to seeing more recipes!
