Pizza Dough – Crescent Rolls
Food Ingredients:
8 cups flour 3 pkg. yeast 10 tablespoons Crisco 5 – 10 tbsp. sugar 2 tablespoons salt 3 cups warm water
Recipe preparation:
1 Dissolve all yeast in water. Mix dry ingredients and add water – yeast mixture. Mix with hands. Dampen towel and cover for 2 hours in warm place to rise. Roll out dough to make 3 to 4 pizzas. Put on toppings. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts and crust edges are lightly brown. 2 Crescent rolls: Roll out to pie shape and cut wedges. Roll up wedge starting with wide end. Curl ends to crescent shape. Put on buttered cookie sheet. Sit for 1/2 hour to rise in warm place. Bake at 400 degrees 10 to 15 minutes (watch).
