    hey Hetal and Anuja, if i use only one 20cm to 30cm will it cook well as well and able to cut layer?? i heard carrot cake doesn't cook well if we use the bigger cake pan? please reply me.

    I just tried the recipe, but I think whomever using this recipe should not use 1/4 tsp of nutmeg. The taste of nutmeg is too over powering.

    Some add yogurt some add milk.. what is the difference??  what makes difference in the cake if we add milk/yogurt 
    also what's difference in adding unsalted butter or vegetable oil??

    Is there another good substitute for egg instead of flaxseed?? Can we bake this in a bread tray to bake it as a loaf??? can we use vegetable oil instead of butter??? If yes, how many cups???

    A few replies to some comments. The lady whose cake didnt rise, try 2 heaped teaspoon s if baking powder, also you need the baking soda because of carrot, just like banana cake. Personally would use warmed milk instead of yoghurt and disolve the baking soda. Also the dry ingredients would be better sifted.

    Followed the recipe 100% except added eggs instead of flax seed powder, and it came out perfectly! This was my first attempt at baking a cake from scratch, and it tastes yummy. Thanks a lot for the recipe. :D
