Pesto Chicken Sandwich

Pesto is a great spread to put on anything. I decided to put it on baked chicken, and it is delicious! Hope you all enjoyed this Pesto Chicken Sandwich. Thanks for watching =)

Servings: About 4-6
Pesto Ingredients:
1/2 cups of fresh basil leaves
3/4 cups chopped walnuts
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of Olive oil
pinch of salt and pepper to taste

Note**You can use a food processor or blender to make the pesto

Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake chicken for 15 minutes
Baked Chicken Ingredients:
Chicken breast
salt and pepper to taste
Spread pesto on chicken
Bake for 15 minutes
Add:
Tomato slices
Mozzarella Cheese
Bake for 10 more minutes

Pesto Chicken Sandwich:
Romaine Lettuce
Toast Buns or Sandwich slices
