Pesto Chicken Bake ~ Low Carb Recipe

Chicken baked with pesto and cheese.

Ingredient List:

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
2/3 cup pesto
1/2 cup Italian style cheese blend

Prepare dish as seen in the video. Bake at 375 F for 25 minutes covered in foil. Remove foil, add cheese and place back in the oven uncovered for 5 minutes.
Enjoy!
