Patti’s Cheesy Potatoes
Food Ingredients:
1 ounce can (10-¾ ) condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 1/2 cups sour cream 32 ounces pkg. frozen O’Brien Potatoes, thawed 12 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese 3 cups cheese crackers, crushed 1 cup grated parmesan cheese 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Recipe preparation:
1 Mix soup and sour cream in a large bowl. 2 Add in the potatoes and cheddar cheese. 3 Mix until well blended. 4 Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish. 5 Combine cracker crumbs, parmesan cheese and butter, sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
